The basics

Australian Securities provide competitive rates and flexible lending terms on security-based loans. An unencumbered property asset can be used as security for improvements*, including renovations and refurbishments to an existing home or other investment property, or as tenure for further property acquisitions.

Investment Loans must be secured by real estate. We will lend up to 66% maximum value of the security. Packaged Mortgage Securities include

  • Residential Properties (Credit Code)
  • Residential Properties (Business or Investment Loans)
  • Commercial Properties (Subject to Leases)
  • Land
  • Retail shops and Shop Dwellings.

Australian Securities offer lending solutions on several security types. If you have the right security, we can make any loan work for you.


Any investment Loan must be secured by real estate. If applicable, the Trust Deeds for any trusts involved must be provided. The General Security Deed is to be executed by the company. The Super trust must be able to establish serviceability (contact Australian Securities Finance manager for further information on requirements). If applicable, Superannuation Financials may be required.
